We are a team with long experience in the engineering industry. Our experience with skilled semi-skilled and unskilled people and our observations as to why one could effectively solve the problem at hand and why other struggled, irrespective of his qualification taught us a lot. We realized that S.T.E.M. and High Order Thinking Skills holds the key… We set off on a journey to empower young students to be problem solvers and decision makers.

The process of learning can be said to be complete only when the learner is able to use (apply) his learning when it is needed. Ability to apply learning requires High Order Thinking Skills. Application skills are greatly enhanced with the ability to skillfully integrate Science with Technology, Engineering & Maths or S.T.E.M.  

Development of High Order Thinking Skills and developing a S.T.E.M. vision is thus an important goal of learning.

We provide educational services in the field of S.T.E.M. and  H.O.T.S. for school children.  We design and develop programs to help them develop their High Order Thinking Skills, problem-solving skills and cognitive creativity through our unique pedagogy. These programs are based on Inquiry Learning and Experiential Learning methods, with specially designed curriculum and tools. Our programs also include a matched assessment system to measure the student’s progress.


The traditional educational system has worked in a way that discourages the natural process of learning-i.e. learning out of curiosity, questioning and experimenting. Students are passive recipients of information and become less prone to ask questions as they move through the grade levels. They grow up to become like baby birds in the nest …with their mouths open…. and expecting someone to drop food in. In traditional schools, students learn not to ask too many questions, instead to listen, memorize and repeat the expected answers. The result is students pass out as good memorizers with poor application skills.

 Post the National Curriculum Framework- 2005 recommendations to make students move away from memorizing and move towards able application, the awareness of these issues is rising.

It is now hard to find a teacher who is not aware of the importance of teaching higher-order thinking skills to prepare young children to grow up to the 21st Century. However, the extent to which higher-order thinking skills are taught and assessed continues to be an area of concern. Many teachers and employers lament that young people ‘cannot think deep and wide’. The desired outcomes of teaching and learning have undergone a change, and it demands a need for change in teaching-learning method.


Though a lot of research and study has been done in the area of student’s high order thinking skills, teaching fraternity finds it difficult to implement the new theories and findings in the old system. They need tools, methods, and training to translate research into their classrooms.
